Tonight’s menu: apple+date curry meatballs with garden vegetable sauce and rotini pasta, with Andes Crossing Malbec The meatballs came out fantastic, though liiittle bit dry. Next time, slightly lower heat. Might also try grating apples into the meat to diffuse the flavor throughout.  Thanks to Sarit for the inspiration ;)
